Allregionsandrelevantdepartmentshavebeenurgedtoconductacomprehensivereviewoftheimplementationofminesafetymeasuresandtocrackdownhardonillegalandrule-breakingoperations,itsaid.

Authoritieswerealsorequiredtocarryoutstrictinvestigationsandimposepunishmentsoverproblemsincludingconcealedworkingfacesincoalmines,falsificationofsafetymonitoringdata,unclearnumbersofundergroundworkers,andillegalsubcontractingorcontracttransfers,accordingtothereport.
